Recreation Center Classroom
This new room can seat 25-30 people in a classroom style setting with comfortable erogonomic furniture and wireless internet access. Located on the 2nd floor of the center.
Recreation Center Conference Room
Our conference room has a beautiful 12 foot long oak finish table surrounded by 12 executive style chairs. A dry erase board and projection screen are mounted on the wall for your convenience.
Recreation Center Community Room
Our community room features floor length windows overlooking the 5 acre lake, professionally decorated with chandeliers, color coordinated wall coverings and carpet. A warming kitchen is available. Also available is a podium with sound system and a 6’ x 8’ movie screen for presentations.
The full room has the capacity to hold 200 people in a theater-style setting or 150 for lunch or dinner meetings. For smaller gatherings, the room can be divided into two rooms and rented 1/2 at a time. The policy of the City of Westlake to allow the rental of the community/ conference rooms for private showers, parties and non-profit activities. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Wireless internet access is available in all rental areas. Videoconferencing is available for all rentals at an additional cost. Please contact the Recreation Center for more details.

Deposit is separate from the rental and is paid when room is booked.
Deposit is refundable a month after your function provided no damages occur.
Community Cabin at Clague Park
Clague Cabin is available to all residents and non-residents on a reservation basis. The cabin has a large community room with chairs and tables which can hold up to 80 people. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Alcohol is prohibited. Reservations for the cabin are taken at the Westlake Recreation Center.

Bond: There is a Property Damage Bond of
$100. If the Cabin is left in satisfactory condition, the bond will be refunded
to you. Renters will be responsible for damages or losses in excess of the bond.
Bonds are refundable after the 10th of the following month.
Reservations for the upcoming year will begin on January 2nd of that year.
Meadowood Golf Course Clubhouse
The log cabin clubhouse at Meadowood Golf Course is available to rent during the winter months of November to March. The clubhouse offers cozy setting with a fireplace, beer, wine and full catering for up to 70 people, perfect for a retirement party, holiday party, shower or birthday celebration.

Facility closes at 11:00pm (some exceptions). If rental time exceeds hours contracted, the additional time or clean up fee will be deducted from the security deposit at 1 1/2 times the hourly rate.

First two hours $125.00
Additional hours $45.00 per hour
Flat rate (up to 6 hour maximum) $275.00
Security Deposit $100.00 (will run on valid credit card & count towards final invoice)
Please note that the City of Westlake, nor the employees of Meadowood Golf Course shall be held accountable for any items that are lost or stolen at the facility from the rental group or member/ companies providing services and equipment for the rental party. The rental applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Westlake, Meadowood Golf Course and any and all employees and agents at all times from any claims or damages on account of injury to anyone using the facility and/or ground in connection with the function sponsored or operated by the rental applicant, and /or growing out of their use and occupancy of the said facility/grounds, or through any defect in said premises, including sidewalks adjoining the same and use or operation thereof.
